Hotel Booking

  • The booking fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment of AED 105 per room.
  • This fee is separate from the actual hotel charges and is required to secure your booking.
  • You may pay this fee through either a card deduction or a payment link. Note: AMEX (American Express) is not supported.
  • Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Most hotels offer free cancellation; however, if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, charges apply.
  • We highly recommend checking the hotel’s cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
For Individual Hotel Bookings:
  • Standard booking confirmation usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the hotel’s response.
  • In some cases, confirmation may arrive on the same day or the following day after you make the booking.
  • Payment methods depend on the hotel’s policy. In most cases, you can pay using a payment link or through a bank transfer.
  • Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted for card payments. Note: AMEX (American Express) may not be accepted. Terms and conditions apply
  • To get access to our exclusive hotel discounts, you must book your accommodation through us.

    Find accommodation that matches your needs

  • FILL UP THE ONLINE FORM

    Click on “start booking” fill up the online form with your travel details

  • REVIEW AND CONFIRM

    The team will reach out to you within 24-48 working hours to share the final rate and confirm the booking as per the details on the online form

  • SECURE PAYMENT

    Once confirmed, a payment link to settle the charges will be shared to complete your booking

Visa Processing

  • The visa fee is non-refundable as it is paid directly to the local agency handling your visa application. No visa processing will occur without this payment.
  • Processing time varies and is subject to UAE Immigration approval. It typically takes 3 to 14 working days.
  • To avoid any delays, we advise applying for your visa at least 30 days before your arrival.
  • The local agency will send you a payment link via email. You can complete your payment using Visa or Mastercard.

Emirates Airline Discount Code

  • We do not book Emirates flights directly. However, we offer a special Emirates discount code for event attendees.
